Hi, I’m Lauren — a licensed marriage and family therapist here in Colorado. I’m passionate about providing gentle support to individuals at various stages in their grieving process.

I strive to create a therapy experience that’s calm, clear, and connected — it’s my hope to make grief support accessible to those who need it, so no one ever feels alone in loss.

My Experience:

Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy, 2019, Regis University

Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Colorado, 2022 (MFT.0002273)

Experiences of grief and trauma can leave us feeling disoriented, trying to navigate a world that might look the same but feels vastly different. Having a dedicated place like therapy to process the layers of emotions, thoughts, and behaviors related to loss and/or trauma invites the opportunity to slow down, feel what’s present, and gain clarity.

Grief and Trauma Therapy

I specialize in supporting women’s mental health at any age and stage of their lives. I’ve supported young adults, clients trying to conceive, new mothers, women in midlife, and women figuring out empty nests and retirement. I’m passionate about helping provide a space for women to stop ‘performing’ and get clear about what they need and want in their lives. Sexualities and gender identities across the spectrum are welcomed.

Modern Approaches

I’m a great fit for clients who are looking for engaged, supportive, actionable care. I approach therapy using internal family systems, solutions-focused, and emotionally focused frameworks, often integrating all three and many more depending on a client’s unique situation. My work is trauma-informed. Additionally, I offer secure in-between-session messaging to help bridge support and progress through sessions; personalized journal prompts; and resources tailored to you.
